Albatross Construction completed a beautiful repair of support posts on the front and back of my home. Zak came out on time and provided a more than fair estimate. He kept me informed on every step of the process. The work was done professionally and on-time. I would not hesitate to use albatross construction again. They are indeed 5 star professionals. I met with a number of deck companies to get an idea of cost. One had NO measuring tape, another walked in yard and gave me a quote in seconds (never asked what material I wanted) , one had last years brochure, another said he could do it it one day, those are just a few I met with.Finally I met Zak with Albatross Construction., what a professional! Zack was prepared, case with tape measures, real examples of many different types of decking in different price ranges, took time to explain what needed to be done and how it was going to be done, answered all my questions so I could understand. I received a quote that was out of my price range, so Zak said he would look again and reconfigure the deck to try to come within my range. He did and it was actually better than my design. He gave me start date and approximate end date, so it began. They worked tirelessly in the heat and each day after they left the yard was spotless as if they weren't there. Quality and professional work.

My husband & I recently used Albatross Construction for a bathroom shower remodel. They did a fantastic job, were extremely clean and mindful on the job site, and did a 10/10 job. My wife and I hired Zak with Albatross Construction to design and build a deck capable of supporting our hot tub, while also creating a comfortable outdoor living space complete with ceiling fans and gutters that will last for years. Zak took the time to walk us through multiple decking brands and flooring options, explaining the pros and cons of each, which helped us make an informed decision. Ultimately, we chose TimberTech for the decking, and Zak was instrumental in helping us design the roof and select materials. His recommendation of a black tin roof with black gutters turned out beautifully and complements our home perfectly. The fit and finish are exceptional, and the porch is extremely well built. Excellent workmanship and professionalism
